- The non-complied portions of the template including all images, CSS cascading style sheets are NOT released under the GPL licence. The non-complied portions of the designs are to used in accordance with the terms of service outlined in this document.
Unauthorized use of the templates
- You must not offer the templates modified or unmodified for redistribution, resale of any kind or include them in a package without written consent from energizethemes.com.

Limited usage granted
- Your membership grants you the rights to use the template designs as outlined in the table below in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- The templates are not time-limited so after your membership has expired, you can contiune to use them forever at your website.

We offer 3 months support to customers who have purchased a single template.
Template Club and Club+ members receive 12 months template support.
All technical support for Energize Themes template can be accessed via our help desk ticket system.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of energizethemes.com.
Warranty
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from energizethemes.com.
Membership access
Once you have ordered a club membership package at the website and we have successfully received your payment it will be reviewed and verified.
The payment verification process can take up to 12 hours. After your payment is verified you will be granted access to the member’s area where you can download the existing, new and updated designs we have released.
Membership account usage
Your membership user name and password is for your personal use only and must not be shared or distributed with anyone else. If your user name and password is found to be shared or distributed with anyone else your membership account access will be disabled. We also do not allow the use of automated download tools to download the designs via the membership area or multiple web site log ins.
Refund policy
We are offering non-tangible irrevocable digital goods. We do not issue refunds after the purchase of a product is made, which you are responsible for understanding before purchasing a template (s) at our site.
We recommend you fully test the template at our demo site to ensure it meets your needs and requirements or contact us with any questions before purchasing a template or joining the club at the website.
We do not issue refunds if:
- You simply change your mind
- You decide not to use our template and product
- You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (We have live demos available for you before purchasing)
