Purchasing a Energize Themes template at this website or joining the template club implies you have agreed and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Access to Download Templates
After we have successfully received your payment via Stripe for the membership you have purchased, the relevent downloads will be available in the Download area of the website. If you are a new user, you will also receive, by email, your website log-in details to access the download area. Access to download the relevent templates will remain available whilst the membership is active.
Template Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification's to our products to fit your purpose. You are not authorized to redistribute, resell or release the original or modified designs or port them to any other platform.
Unauthorized Use
You must not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution, resale, of any kind or as part of a hosting package or offer without prior written consent from us.
Limited usage granted
Template Club Membership
You can install and run the templates on the agreed number of websites (5) outlined in the template club document. If you wish to install the the templates on more websites you need to purchase another license or upgrade to the Template Club + package we offer.
Template Club + Membership
The Template Club + membership grants you the right to install the Energize Themes templates on 10 websites for your own or customer projects.
The Template Club + membership DOES NOT grant you the rights to resell / redistribute the products in any form modified or unmodified.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of this website. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Assignability
You must not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from us.
Support
We offer 12 months support to customers who have purchased the Template Club and Template Club +.
If you require support after the 3 month or 12 month period has expired you will be required to renew your membership in order to receive support.
Template Updates
As and when Joomla or Virtuemart release new version updates, we will endeavor to also release updates to the Energize Themes templates we have developed and released at this website.
New version updates will be included as a part of your current licence. If your membership period has expired, you will be required to renew your membership to access new version update(s).
Refund Policy
We are offering non-tangible irrevocable digital goods. We do not issue refunds after the purchase of a product is made, which you are responsible for understanding before purchasing a template (s) at our site. We recommend you fully test the template at our demo gallery to ensure it meets your needs and requirements or contact us with any questions before purchasing a template or joining the club at the website.
Template Amendments
We reserve the right to retire, redevelop, change and release templates with no prior notice.
