Payment and access
You pay with PayPal.As soon as your payment is confirmed, your downloads are in My Downloads. You log in with the account you make at checkout.
What you get
One template, for use on one website. It includes 3 months of downloads, updates and help desk support. To use the design on another website, buy it again.
When your plan ends
Your template keeps working after your plan ends. We do nothing to stop you using it, and you can keep running the version you already have. These terms still apply to it. You can't download new or updated versions, or get support, unless you renew.
Using the template
You may change our products to fit your purpose. You may not redistribute, resell or release the original or changed designs, or port them to another platform. You may not sub-license or transfer this licence without our written consent. All products remain ours, and they are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
Tax
Prices are before tax. Canadian buyers pay GST/HST at the rate for the province or territory in their billing address, so a Canadian order must give one.
Refunds
Our templates are digital goods, so we don't normally refund a purchase. Please try the live demo first, or ask us if you aren't sure.
We don't refund you if you change your mind, decide not to use the template, or find it doesn't suit you.
We will refund you if you were charged twice for the same product, or if the template doesn't work on the Joomla and VirtueMart versions it supports and our support team has tried and could not fix it.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. By completing your purchase you ask us to give you access to your download straight away, and you agree that you lose that right to cancel once it is available.
