Questions before you pay.

Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and nothing renews by itself. A single template includes 3 months of downloads, updates and support. The Club includes 12 months.
What happens when the time is up?
Your template keeps working. We do nothing to stop you using it. You can't download new versions or ask for support until you renew, and renewing is your choice.
How do I pay?
PayPal. You make your login when you check out.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are before tax. Canadian buyers pay GST or HST at the rate for their province or territory. Buyers elsewhere pay none at checkout.
How do I get my files?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, they're in My Downloads. Log in with the email and password you chose at checkout.
What if it won't work on my site?
Check the template's requirements and try its live demo first. We don't refund a change of mind. If you were charged twice, or the template doesn't work on the Joomla version it supports and our support team can't fix it, we'll refund you. The Terms of Service have the details.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order has an invoice you can download from My Transactions. Add your tax ID at checkout if you need it on there.
